How will my order ship?

All orders with the US are shipped by either USPS or UPS Ground based on order size.  Locations in AK, HI, PR and Post Office boxes are shipped Priority Mail. Orders to Canada are shipped by USPS.

When will my order ship?

While we try to ship all orders on the same day that we receive, we guaranteed that your order will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Factors that may affect this timing are:

1. Product protection - We may hold your order until the following Monday to prevent perishable product from remaining in a truck over a weekend.

2. Christmas Season (Sept. 15th - Dec. 25th) - Though we make as many preparations as possible during the season, we may be a couple days behind. We will try to keep you updated if your order will be delayed more than 7 days. Please contact us if you have specific date that you require your order.

3. Product Availability - If more than 50% of your order is out of stock, we may choose to hold the order until the required products arrive. If your order will be held for more than 5 days, we will contact you for possible substitutions.

How do I go about canceling or updating an order?

Please contact the Customer Service Department by phone at 1-877-359-8369 or just reply to the emailed order confirmation. Cancellation & update requests must be made within 12 hours of order submission. All cancellations and updates will be subject to additional charges.

My order is damaged what should i do?

Please check your order on arrival and report any damage in writing within 7 days of delivery. All merchandise that arrives in a damaged condition will be replaced or refunded subject to review. Our general policy is to replace any item that arrives in a damaged condition, however a refund may be issued if the items is out of stock. We do pay the postage when we send you a replacement. However, we must ask that you pay the postage for the return of the item. Should an item you ordered be out of stock, you will be notified by email. We can offer a substitute item or recalculate your order.

My order is over $100. Why do I still have shipping charge in the cart?

Our free shipping over $100 only applies to non frozen items except for IRN-BRU soda that are shipped by UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail to the lower 48 states. We do not offer Free Shipping to Canada. 


Frozen and Perishable Goods 

We ship Monday and Tuesday with deliveries arriving Wednesday through Friday.

It usually takes up to 4-5 business day to process the order and ship out. Most orders that are placed before Tuesday will go out that week, but some may be delayed until the following Monday. Any orders placed Wednesday through Sunday will go out the following Monday.


All perishable items ship using  a 1 to 3 day delivery service using UPS ground, UPS Second Day, or UPS 3 Day Select. All orders are driver release that do not require a signature. The reason for this is if it is not delivered the day it is due, it could sit another few days allowing for the items to thaw and spoil. We can do signature release at the request of the customer. After the package is confirmed as delivered we hold no responsibility for the package unless it was damaged in transit, or there is an issue with the item ordered. We are not responsible for lost or stolen delivered packages.

We do not guaranteed to arrive frozen and items will often arrived thawed. Items will arrive < 40 F.  Items can be re-frozen with an exceptional quality outcome when thawed a second time.

We are unable to ship frozen orders to Hawaii or Alaska or Canada. 

 When frozen food orders are shipped to areas of the country where the ambient temperatures may be higher we use a combination of frozen ice packs and dry ice and ship by 2nd Day Air service in an insulated recyclable liner made from  85% post-consumer plastic (We avoid using styrofoam coolers wherever possible except for very large orders)

The purpose of the dry ice and ice packs is to keep the contents cool in transit, not to keep the products frozen. On arrival most if not all of the dry ice will have disappeared. Thawing will have occurred but the items should be cool. Most of the products we sell are pre-cooked and can be refrozen. When shipping uncooked products we increase the quantity of ice packs and/or dry ice.
