Fine shortbread and tasty caramel bits

These were ordered as a Christmas gift but the recipient was nice enough to share them. :-) They're excellent shortbread (buttery and crumbly). The caramel bits are tasty though a bit hard. The tin is high quality and the cookies were very fresh tasting.
