Land: The Freshness of lemon verbena and blackcurrant leaf.

Sea: Sugar kelp seaweed gives body and breadth.

Spice: A long finish from spiced botanicals like pink peppercorn

Best enjoyed mixed in a cocktail or simply blended with ginger ale, tonic water or your favorite flavored sparkling water.

Excellent Change of Pace

It took me a little while to appreciate the flavors of this alcohol-free change of pace, but now I really enjoy it. Great after-dinner sip! Plus I love just about anything made in Scotland. Now I have three bottles in the pantry waiting their turn.
