Very special

Excellent cheese,taste like no other cheese I ever ate. Faint taste of Scotch whiskey makes it. Texture is medium hard. Will but again.

Delightful cheese

I tried several from the Snowdonia Cheese Company and they are delicious. I enjoy with apples or crackers. You do not want to cover up the distinct almost effervescent flavor!
