County Cork Stew with Lamb

This version of our Irish stew was inspired by a County Cork farmhouse recipe. It features our high quality lamb and vegetables simmered gently in a mixture of a quality Chardonnay, Guinness Stout, seasoning, and spices.

Potatoes , Lamb, Carrots, Green Peas, Onions, Water, White Wine, Dark Beer, Wheat Flour, Partially Hydrogenated Cottonseed Oil, Bacon (Cured with Water, Salt, Sugar, Sodium Erythorbate, Sodium Nitrate), Pearl Barley, Garlic Powder, Old Bay Seasoning (Celery Salt (salt, celery seed), Spices (including Mustard, Red Pepper, Black Pepper, Bay (laurel) Leaves, Cloves, Allspice (pimento, ginger, mace, cardamom, cinnamon), and Paprika), Salt, Sugar, and Spices.
