A really great salt for many types of dishes. Grind some very fine and sprinkle it on popcorn or using the larger flakes on to top steaks or a roast makes a nice presentation.

Our family had a fun little taste test comparison between everyday table salt, pink salt, Blackthorn Scottish Sea Salt Flakes and one other specialty salt. Fun! Watermelon was food of choice. Blackthorn Scottish Sea Salt Flakes was the favorite by far.

This salt is a beautiful salt for finishing dishes and is really love over vegetables.
