In the clear, ocean waters of the Outer Hebrides at Scotland's North Western edge, Atlantic Salmon are reared with care at Loch Duart. Fresh salmon are harvested regularly, then hot-smoked by a special process using a variety of woods to create a uniquely subtle flavor and texture. This hot-smoked Salmon is vacuum packed and kept in frozen storage. It can be refrozen on delivery and should be used within 4-5 months of re-freezing If refrigerated only it should be consumed within 3-4 weeks (4-5 days once opened)

We recommend that delivery be made within a business week, ie without delay in transit over a weekend and that shipping time should not be longer than 2 days. For West Coast, Mid West, and New England destinations please select 2nd Day air service and place order no later than a Wednesday for delivery by the Friday of the same week.
