Smoked Salmon

St. James Smokehouse® Scotch Reserve® Award Winning Scottish Smoked Salmon is hand-crafted  in the Royal Burgh of Annan, Scotland. Using only the finest Sustainable Scottish Salmon, each fillet is hand-cured with a blend of pure sea salt and Demerara sugar. After being cold smoked over smoldering oak chippings, each smoked salmon fillet is trimmed by hand and vacuum sealed to capture that "Fresh Out The Smoker" taste.

St. James Smokehouse® uses only natural, fresh & sustainable raw materials and strictly forbids the use of artificial flavors or preservatives.
