Salar Flaky Smoked Salmon Pasta

Ingredients:

13oz fresh tagliatelle, 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter, 1 large tub of creme fraiche, 4 (or more) oz Salar Flaky Smoked Salmon, broken into flakes, juice 1/2 lemon, 1 small pack of prawns, 4-5 spring onions (chopped), salt and freshly milled black pepper to taste, parsley for garnish.

Method:

First cook the pasta.

Heat the olive oil / butter in a large pan and fry the chopped spring onions until soft.

Add the prawns and stir until they are heated through - but don't overcook them.

Add the cooked pasta to the pan.

Stir in the creme fraiche, lemon juice and Flaky Smoked Salmon and mix to warm through, then add salt (if required) and black pepper to taste.

Garnish with parsley and serve with a crips salad - I'm sure you'll like it!
