Made from fresh beef blood, pure beef suet, oats, rice and our black pudding spice blend. Slice them and fry in a pan along with your sausages or bacon, and you have yourself a fine start to a good Scottish breakfast!

Does not hold together well. You end up with a pan full of black pudding crumbles. I prefer a preparation where the oats and seasoning are more pronounced as well.
Sorry for the damaged black pudding. Unfortunately the item when shipped with dry ice is very sensitive to freeze burn which causes this issue when cooking. We will issue you a full refund.
I love black pudding, and this Scottish style was delicious! I sauteed it in ghee and ate it with a black-eyed pea stew. Excellent!
Good flavors, but a little too dry/crumbly; more fat would help. My biggest criticism is the outrageous price: $34 per pound! Sorry, but I'll never order this again.
