Try this recipe for delicious Raspberry and Coconut Porridge
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup Hamlyns Scottish Porridge Oats or Porridge Oats and Bran
- 6 raspberries, plus more to top
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon desiccated coconut
- Toasted coconut flakes to top (dry fry coconut flakes)
DIRECTIONS
Put your oats, six raspberries, desiccated coconut and coconut milk in a pan. Heat until bubbling, then let it bubble gently for 3 minutes, stirring frequently.
Serve topped with remaining raspberries and the toasted coconut flakes.
